How to Use:

• Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through. Depending on microwave strength, additional heating may be needed. Do not exceed 2 1/2 minutes of total heating time per use
• Allow the wrap to cool completely before reheating
• Always spot check temperature before applying to skin
• For cold therapy, place in the freezer before use
