Exchanges & Returns

We stand behind the quality of every Sacksy Thyme product and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been compromised, burned, damaged, or otherwise misused.

Proof of purchase is required to complete all returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
